1st Bronco game!

I've been in Denver for 3 years now, and I just went to my first Bronco game tonight. I have to say I'm not a big football fan, but it was quite fun! Jimmy loves the Bronco's and is so excited about the new season starting.
Tonight was a pre-season game against the Houston Texans. It was a beautiful day and we had so much fun.
Here is a pic of me and the Bronco Barrel man. He's some 30 year fan that wears a barrel to every game. He actually just recently sold one of his game barrels on ebay for $30, 000. He was very nice and didn't mind at all taking a pic with me. We had great seats on the 4o yard line. Go check out the Hatcher Hookup for more pics from the game!

I can't believe you let this guy touch you. He's out in public apparently wearing only a barrel, a hat, and a pair of boots. Seems kind of oogie to me, and I wouldn't want to get too close out of fear that I'd accidentally find out whether there's anything under that barrel.

this is great! did jimmy take the pic? He was ok with you posing with the guy because he knew he had nothing to fear as far as you leaving him for Mr. Bronco Barrel guy!

What's "oogie"? Some scrabble word? I think it's great! This guy sold a barrel for $30.000. I don't know what's under the barrel, but I know what's under the hat. I've seen worst sights in the shopping mall...like "barrels" wearing short shorts...with hail damaged thighs!

I don't know where oogie came from, just something I heard from my high school kids over the last few years. Just means weird and gross all rolled into one.

Love the comment on barrels wearing short shorts with hail damaged thighs. That's classic!!

Hey Melissa,

How are things going? Just checking in to see what's new with the Hatcher fam. How are the girl's liking school? Is Andy walking yet? It looks like ya'll had a great time with Simon, we haven't seen him in years. Tell Jimmy and the girls that we said Hi!!

Love, Michelle
